American Studies, said: the poor quality of sleep are prone to diabetes

The United States, "National Academy of Sciences" website published a research report that if the depth of sleep (also known as slow-wave sleep) time less of a person suffering from Type Ⅱ increased risk of diabetes.

This is equivalent to the subjects to increase from 9 to 13.6 kg body weight of the burden.

Type Ⅱ diabetes more common in the elderly patients due to the relative lack of insulin secretion or target organ sensitivity to insulin without hyperglycemia. The results of previous studies showed that the depth of sleep on memory and other functions essential to the brain.
