Physiologist: the best to eat two meals a day

The Russian proverb says: "Eat your breakfast, and lunch with friends to dinner leave the enemy." In fact this is to tell people how to eat three meals a day to be healthy.


To eat two meals a day is built on the basis of physiological characteristics of the human body. The human body such as the stomach to be digested all the food, once again resulting hunger can be dinner time. Food usually stays in the stomach 6-8 hours, which means that the two meals must be spaced between 8-10 hours or so. Eat meals that the stomach can get a good rest, and to prepare for the next digest: Storage enzymes, mucus secretion, gastric mucosal repair and restore the digestive system of the systolic function.

 

When the stomach to digest food, especially protein-rich food, the cells will produce a lot of hydrochloric acid, mucus and stomach enzymes.
