Women turn on the lights at night to sleep risk for breast cancer

New research shows that sleep or stay up late at night lights led to women suffering from breast cancer, one of the main factors.
 

According to British newspaper "Independent" reported by the U.S. National Cancer Institute and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences joint study undertaken by non-natural light and the relationship between cancer, provides "the first evidence."

Reported that a large number of studies have shown that working women who need night shifts, such as nurses, air crew, their risk of breast cancer up to 60%. Stay up all night 2-3 days a week the women are equally susceptible to breast cancer.

 

The researchers believe that at night the lights hindered the formation of melatonin and melatonin in inhibiting growth of cancer cells will also enhance the immune system. Experts suggest that sleep, turn off all lights, because sleep in the whole dark room is conducive to manufacturing neurotransmitter serotonin, which is essential to manufacture melatonin.
